HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)

The total delivery time consists of two parts:

1) Processing time (1–3 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging

Within 12–24 hours of placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once approved in our system, production will begin. For personalized products, it typically takes 1–2 days to produce, ensure quality, and package the item.

2) Shipping time (approx. 4–8 business days, depending on the country):

This is the time from our international fulfillment center to the delivery location. Once the item has left our warehouse, it generally takes:

  • Austria: 4–8 business days*

  • Germany: 4–8 business days*

  • Switzerland: 4–8 business days*

*Please note: All delivery times exclude customs processing and delays. During peak times (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day), delivery may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping options:

1.) Free Standard Shipping (with tracking)
2.) Insured Premium Shipping – insured against theft/loss or damage for €2.95

Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or canceled, as the packaging and processing begins immediately after the order is received.
