Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if the goods you ordered were delivered in multiple shipments or parts.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at

with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will immediately send you all the necessary return instructions.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than the standard, most affordable option offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back—whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for hygiene products, which are used on the human body, including sensitive areas (e.g. mouth, eyes, genital area), and may retain traces (e.g. saliva) upon return.
    Examples include razors, oral care products like toothbrushes, skin & nail care kits, intimate clothing such as bras, massage devices, and sex toys.

  • for topical products, which are applied to the body—such as creams, foams, gels, lotions, and ointments—used on skin, scalp, or inside the mouth.
