Return Request

Step 1: Register your return

Send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order to support@zahnstrahl.de with the subject “Return”.
Please include your order number and (optionally) the reason for your return.

We will email you the return address and, if necessary, a return form.

Step 2: Pack the item securely

Place the item in its original packaging, unused, and pack it safely in a box.
Make sure the packaging protects the item from any damage during transit.

Step 3: Send your return

Ship the parcel using a carrier of your choice to the provided address.
Please keep the shipping receipt with tracking information.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your purchase amount within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
